The PCR method confirmed the integration of the lactoferrin hLF gene into 2 lines of Lycopersicon esculentum tomato of Lagidny variety, transformed in the presence of polymers TN 83/6 and TN 84/5. PCR method confirmed that genetic transformants of moss Ceratodon purpureus contain the construct of of green fluorescent protein gene under it delivery to the protoplasts by polymers TN 83/5, TN 83/6, BG-2m, LAcr-DM2, LAcr-DM1, BAcr-DM2, BAcr -DM1 and carrier F8-DM2. Thus, the method of transformation of plant cells using polymers based on DMAEMA is a promising for the genetic transformation of plants of different systematic groups.
