The purpose of the work is to solve the problem of comprehensive diagnosis and treatment of patients with complicated (infected, gunshots that do not heal for a long time) wounds by developing and introducing physical methods of treatment and improving diagnostic and therapeutic tactics, taking into account the obtained experimental and clinical data. Research methods - general clinical, clinical laboratory, bacteriological, biochemical, histomorphological (electron microscopic), immunohistochemical, planimetric, statistical research methods. When performing research, the complex diagnosis of soft tissue-wounded with gunshot wounds was improved through the introduction of new proposed surgical instruments, diagnostic methods, and the development of an optimal diagnostic algorithm.
