Optimal conditions of procedures for patients with comorbid pathology have been substantiated by carrying out single tests and methods of physiotherapy and balneotherapy have been formed. Medication therapy is optimized: hemodynamic mechanisms of influence of medications at inhalation method of their introduction are studied, efficiency of application of the developed methods of physiotherapy and balneotherapy on the background of standard medical therapy is increased. This allows to expand the indications for the appointment of physical factors and early rehabilitation, shortens the treatment time, prevents complications and reduces the progression of diseases, reduces the multiplicity of repeated courses of treatment of patients with chronic progressive diseases.
