The subject of research - changes in heart rate variability, hemodynamic and creatinine content in physiological fluids of the human body under the influence of physical loads. Aim of the research: development of a non-invasive integrative approach for estimation of the adequacy of physical loads during physical therapy and sport activities, based on the determination of creatinine content and automated analysis of heart rate variability and hemodynamic indexes of the human organism. Research methods - articles analysis, mathematical, biochemical (enzymatic determination of creatinine and ammonium content, protein studies), physiological (analysis of human hemodynamic and series of RR-intervals). The scheme of one-stage renaturation-purification of labeled creatinine deiminase was optimized, the properties of the obtained creatinine deiminase samples were investigated and a highly selective method for the determination of creatinine in biological fluids was developed. The device "Automated complex for analysis of heart rate variability and basic indices of human hemodynamics" was designed for the registration, analysis and evaluation of indexes of heart rhythm and human hemodynamics in rest conditions and during performance of standardized physical tests. The complex is based on the "Rytm" software, written in the Embarcadero Delphi XE8basis language. Significant individual differences in heart rate variability and creatinine content were found. Correlation between the individual physical work capacity, fatigue severity and recovery rate of the athlete's organism and the creatinine content and changes in heart rate variability during recovery has been revealed.5481 Product Description popup.authors Бріскін Ю.А.
