It is shown that an increase in the share of renewable energy sources (RES) power plants will affect the pricing processes in the new electricity market of Ukraine and, as a result, the final price of electricity for consumers of electric energy. It is shown that today the Guaranteed Buyer State Enterprise requires to solve the problem of forecasting the supply of electric energy by renewable energy producers. In addition, he need to update this forecast based on aggregated schedules of renewable energy producers and to use this forecast for formation of bids to sell his electric energy on the day-ahead market. Improved methods for forecasting the supply of electric energy by photovoltaic and wind power plants by developing the architecture of artificial neural networks of deep learning, has improved the accuracy of forecasting the daily hourly schedule of electricity supply for such power plants using retrospective information. Models have been developed for assessing the impact of renewable energy facilities on the electricity market value, in particular the effect of volumes of electricity supplied by renewable energy stations and the accuracy of forecasting this supply on pricing processes in the balancing market segment regarding the unbalance created by renewables. The concept of modeling the processes of buying and selling electric energy of guaranteed buyer balancing group from renewable energy sources on the market has been developed. This conception provides for modeling the results of the day-ahead market and the balancing market and the features of buying and selling volumes of electricity supplied by renewable energy producers. Based on the results of the work, an analytical report was prepared for the Ministry of Energy and Environmental Protection of Ukraine and a conclusion was received on the practical significance of the developed models and the recommendations made.
