A mixture of anionic, cationic and amphoteric surfactants. Purpose - To develop scientific approaches to the scheme of toxicological, hygienic and sanitary-chemical research of AS using alternative models. Development and testing of a new unified multilevel methodology for the identification and quantification of surfactants in raw materials, detergents and environmental objects through the use of several methods of analysis. Methods - toxicological, physico-chemical, statistical. Equipment: Chrom-4 gas chromatograph, spectrophotometer, microscope, analytical weight, centrifuge. Conducted conducted a comparative experimental study of acute toxicity AS (sodium laureth sulfate, sodium lauryl sulfate, and sodium salt polyethoxysulfosuccinate) on mammals and aquatic infusions (Tetrahymena pyriformis); , cumulation index, threshold and inactive doses according to the overall toxicity indicator. The cumulative properties were studied according to the calculated cumulation index in the acute experiment and under conditions of 24-day Lima reagent administration. Toxicological studies of AS were performed to evaluate the skin-irritant effect on the tentacles, and to study the cytotoxic effect on the cellular test object HEP-2. The established correlation coefficient between the samples (in vivo and in vitro) with qualitative variability in the alternative variation is r = 0.82 at p <0.01, which indicates sufficient reliability of the results. The system of determination of priority surfactants in SMZ by methods of HPLC, TLC and solid phase extraction was developed. Novelty: development of rapid methods of evaluation of chemical compounds, acceleration of the results of toxicological and hygiene and sanitary-chemical studies, introduction of relevant amendments to the normative documents in force in Ukraine on the safety of products for human health, acceleration of biotesting of synthetic detergents by alternative methods. Implementation of alternative methods in the practice of toxicological studies that comply with the principles of GLP. Development and testing of a new unified multilevel methodology for the identification and quantification of surfactants in raw materials, detergents and environmental objects. Implementation efficiency: Based on the use of alternative models, the development of rapid methods of evaluation of chemical compounds is envisaged, which will provide tangible acceleration of the results, reduction of labor costs in the research by an average of 40%, introduction of relevant additions to the existing in Ukraine regulations on safety of health products human.
