Pathogenetic mechanisms of nervous system pathology of various etiology have been established. The technique of endovascular interventions for intracranial arterial aneurysms has been improved due to its modification, appropriate monitoring, prescription of nitroxide donors and use of polypeptide drugs in complex therapy.
