Enteroprotective effect of 4-thiasolidinone and 2-mercaptosulfacrylic acid derivatives was directed on the balance between gaseous mediators producing systems and lipid peroxidation. It was shown, that 4-thiasolidinone derivatives possessing anticancer activity displayed less toxic action as compared to a well-known anticancer drug doxorubicin.
