Operations optimized by using: a computer program to diagnose unerupted lower molars, intraoperative ultrasonography during removal of salivary stones from the excretory ducts of the salivary glands, shock wave therapy and platelet rich fibrin in the presence of bone defects. Methods for correction of local inflammatory manifestations in the postoperative period with the use of the solutions based on benzidamine hydrochloride and the use of aprotinin fluctuophoresis have been developed. Possibilities of using biochemical damage markers in inflammatory and traumatic lesions of the maxillofacial area (procalcitonin, pyridinoline, deoxypyridoline, platelet growth factor BB-isoform) have been analyzed. Methods of treatment of jaw fractures using compression screws, fixed orthodontic devices, transcranial electrical stimulation have been improved.
