The purpose of the work is to improve the algorithm of managing this contingent of patients, to work out new methods of diagnosis and treatment of patients with acute pancreatitis and extra-abdominal pathology of purulent-inflammatory and non-inflammatory genesis; to optimize complex therapeutic tactics taking into account the etiopathogenetic features of the disease course, to improve the complex surgical treatment. Method of research - working out of clinical observations and results of treatment of patients with intra- and extra-abdominal pathology of purulent-inflammatory and non-inflammatory genesis taking into account peculiarities of clinical course, results of bacteriological researches and data of instrumental methods of investigation (ultrasound examination and computed tomography, fibroscopy) using the methods of statistical analysis, the results of bacteriological studies, as well as conducting clinical studies and the effectiveness of antibacterial therapy. The solution of the tasks of the research work will improve the diagnostic program of patients with intra- and extra-abdominal pathology (acute pancreatitis, peritonitis) of purulent-inflammatory and non-inflammatory genesis, which will allow to carry out clinical evaluation of the value of the etiological factor and to develop the algorithmic treatment of the algorithm. Studies conducted to investigate the clinical efficacy of antibacterial therapy in patients with acute abdominal pathology, pancreatic pathology, and purulent-inflammatory lesions of soft tissues and patients with burns and traumatic lesions of the cyst will optimize medicament therapy.
