The subject of the study is the methods of chemical extraction and modification of highly toxic carbon disulfide from the head fraction of crude benzene (hereinafter - HFGB) of coke production with the formation of dialkyldithiocarbamates of some 3d metals. The aim of this work is to develop methods for the synthesis of dialkyldithiocarbamates of some 3d metals from carbon disulfide of HFGB and to study their ultra-accelerating and thermostabilizing properties in polymer compositions. Research methods: general chemical technology, organic synthesis, chromatography, atomic absorption spectroscopy. The practical significance of the results obtained. The results of the scientific researches make it possible to develop methods for the synthesis of dialkyldithiocarbamates of some 3d metals from carbon disulfide of HFGB and to investigate their ultra-accelerating and thermostabilizing properties in polymer compositions. This makes it possible to obtain valuable chemical compounds from highly toxic industrial waste and to reduce the man-made environmental burden. Possible areas and areas of practical use: - agriculture (chemical plant protection products); - mining industry (selective flotation reagents); - chemical and petrochemical industry (additives to hydrocarbon materials; vulcanization ultra-accelerators, reagents for synthetic practice).
