It is solved a number of problems for efficiency rising of high-frequency transis-tor converters for induction heating set-ups on a base of resonant voltage inverters. New methods and control algorithms for module components are worked out which allowed to improve output parameters of converters. Also it is worked out innovative methods of improving electromagnetic compatibility indexes of mentioned above converters, which do not require to use traditional electromagnetic interference (EMI) filters. It is worked out new methods of improving indexes of traditional EMI filters which allowed to reduce EMI caused by modern high-frequency tran-sistor converters. Investigation results were used under installing of an induction heating set-up for surface-hardening of titanium plates and under designing and manufacturing of EMI filters.
