The implementation of a set of models for managing intellectual capital of the industrial enterprises using fuzzy logic methods is carried out, which allows us to consider intellectual capital as a dynamic and static system. The possibilities of using random search methods for the functioning of socio-economic systems investigation have been analyzed. The complex of economic and mathematical models of control of stabilization processes in the energy sector as a basis for the effective functioning of the national economy has been developed; the system of information and analytical support for the processes of the socio-economic systems sustainable development managing has been created; the mechanism for strategic alternatives forming for the development of socio and economic systems has been developed.
