The purpose of the work is theoretical and methodological improvement of the concept of the mechanism of legal regulation of civil interaction concerning property and personal non-property rights.Research Methods: The research method used an alternative method and a hypothetical method, which made it possible to critically approach the generally accepted characteristic of personal non-property relationships and procedural forms of their protection. The analysis of modern scientific researches, acts of implementation and court practice has revealed that among personal non-property relations there are those within which not only personal non-property but also property interests of participants of civil relations can be satisfied.Theoretical and practical results: The practical significance of the obtained research results is that they can be used for further scientific study of the problems of general theoretical doctrine on the legal regulation of social relations in general and the peculiarities of the legal regulation of personal non-property relations, both irreversible and irreversible. With further improvement of the civil legislation of Ukraine, both in terms of the general principles of legal regulation of personal non-property and property civil relations, and a number of special prescriptions governing certain varieties of personal non-property relations. The novelty is the preparation of a comprehensive, generalized study that reveals the civil law regulation of the realization of property and personal non-property rights, as well as procedural forms of their protection. Effectiveness of implementation is the development of new civil legal approaches to improving the model of further protection of the realization of property and personal non-property rights in Ukraine.
