The work is devoted to the improvement of diagnostics and tactics of treatment of patients with chronic tonsillitis by determining the subpopulation composition of lymphocytes in the blood and comparing it with the level of apoptosis and necrosis and the dynamics of the ratio of cytokines, as well as establishing features of the course of reparative osteogenesis in traumatic trauma. When comparing the results obtained in the study of cellular suspension from PM tissue and peripheral blood, there is a marked decrease in the level of subpopulations of CD3 +, CD4 + and CD8 + lymphocytes both in the cell suspension from PM tissue and in the blood, with no significant quantitative difference. The multiplicity of CD3 + lymphocytes and CD4 + lymphocytes decreased by 2.5-3 times, the number of CD8 + lymphocytes also decreased by almost 2 times. It is established that the low level of subpopulations of CD3 + and CD4 + lymphocytes with simultaneous high level of apoptosis and its correlation with necrosis in patients with chronic tonsillitis indicates the severity of the pathological process in the tonsils, and restoration of these levels in the course of treatment may be one of the criteria. An increase in the ratio of IFN-? / IL-4 is a favorable prognostic feature in the conservative treatment of patients with chronic tonsillitis, and its decrease indicates the progression of the process. Conducted treatment, both surgical and conservative, contributed to the positive dynamics of these indicators with their approaching to the control level, and more effective improvement was in patients with an increase in the ratio of IFN-? / IL-4 during treatment.
