Research methods: experimental - modeling of chemically induced carcinogenesis in outbred white rats with development of colon adenocarcinoma in situ; morphological - the study of the patterns of structural organization of organs of the lymphoid system, in particular, the spleen, at the microscopic and submicroscopic levels; immunological - determination of serum immunoglobulin A, M, G content, circulating immune complexes, concentrations of IL-1?, IL-6, IL-2, IL-4, IL-10, TNF?; biochemical studies of endogenous intoxication indicators, activities of oxidative stress factors, enzymatic and glutathione-dependent units of the antioxidant system; statistical. Under conditions of experimental carcinogenesis, significant metabolic disorders develop in the test animals, which are exacerbated by the manifestation of neoplastic endotoxemia syndrome; development of oxidative stress and imbalance of functioning of enzymatic and glutathione-dependent antioxidant protection units.
