Aim and scope of this research are the development and analysis of methods and tools of anti-crises management of marine transport enterprises under uncertainty, risk and competition. Methods of research are the analysis, synthesis, economic analysis, probability theory, theory of optimization, logistical management, risk-management, marine insurance. In result of research: a) the problems are formulated which must be solved with the aim of efficiency increasing of anti-crises control of marine transport companies development and functioning under political and economical instability and private-state partnership; b) it was defined that for the aim of research achievement it is necessary to study carefully European and international experience in the field of anti-crises control of companies; c) the modern methods of risk-management were studied for their application to marine transport enterprises activity; d) the methodical aid was developed for increasing of shipping safety on the basis of risk-management improvement in national sea ports activity and optimal control of risks in transportation-logistic systems of cargo delivery under uncertainty and risk.
