The purpose of the project is to improve systems of engineering complexes with reduced energy consumption and other material resources in the destruction, mixing and compaction of working environments based on the establishment of the laws of evolution of engineering complexes and working environments in their loading and movement as a single synergistic system. The new ways of working environment development, which dramatically reduce the energy intensity of the work processes of engineering complexes, are substantiated, and their analytical description is made. Soil development methods are based on the application of the second law of thermodynamics. The destruction of working media is co-directed with the movement of matter in a gravitational field moving from greater field potential, and part of the working environment is destroyed by the energy of the gravitational field.
