Object of research - the processes of adaptation of the enterprise management system to the crisis conditions of management. The purpose of the work is to develop a model of enterprise management in crisis management. General and specific methods and techniques have been used: systematic approach, structural and comparative analysis. The theoretical aspects of risk diagnostics at industrial enterprises are substantiated. Recommendations on the improvement of financial and economic instruments and management technologies as a basis for the formation of adaptive systems of enterprise management have been developed. Implementation of the adaptive management system will allow the enterprise to realize internal reserves and provide strong competitive positions.
