The peculiarities of the organization of management of sustainable development of cluster-network structures are considered. Their fractal nature is taken into account. The management organization is based on determining the level of willingness of the cluster participants to perceive the business rules of the interaction of the participants. Taken together, it is aimed at solving the important scientific problem of ensuring the stable economic growth of national enterprises and the formation of an appropriate management mechanism.
