The purpose of the work is the development of technology for obtaining products of complex shape from heat-resistant metal and ceramic reinforced materials, which are operated in extremely difficult conditions of intense simultaneous action of cyclic thermal loads, aggressive environment and abrasive wear, which will improve the efficiency of the units of special and civil engineering. The functional description of preparation of initial powders for pressing is given. The influence of technological chemical and physical properties of powders, technological parameters of the molding and sintering process on the structure, mechanical properties, chemical and phase composition of products made of heat-resistant materials of components of complex shape is established. The influence of the type of plasticizer on the physical and mechanical properties of porous molybdenum blanks and its mechanical properties after consolidation is established. The influence of the type of plasticizer on the chemical composition of sintered products after sintering is established. It is shown that PEG provides the required compression strength of complex shape. It is established that SC provides the recovery of oxides in powders, which has a positive effect on the mechanical properties of the sintered material.
