The method allows to decrease a consumption of acids, solvents and reduce amount of wastes with preservation of purity of the final product. Moreover, the novel method gives a possibility to obtain pure cucurbit[6]uril without impurities of other homologous. The technique of synthesis of supramolecular complex between cucurbit[6]uril and 1-methylcyclopropene was optimized as well.
