For this sake, the general theory is developed for all modes of phonon spectrum in nanostructures with arbitrary number of anisotropic nano layers. It is shown that the complicated phonon spectrum of multilayered nanostructure is the super position of the spectra of the certain subsystems. The previously unclear reasons for the appearance of loop-like dispersion curves of half-confined phonons are explained. It is shown that the reason for this is pairwise merge of phonon modes with opposite dispersion. Within the model of position-dependent potential profile and effective mass of electron in near-interface regions between quantum well and barriers, the theory is developed and the influence of near-interface region on the electron energy spectrum and its tunneling through the nanostructure is analysed. For the first time, the Feynman-Pines is generalized in such a way that makes possible the successful renormalizing of mass operator of the system of multi-level quasi-particle due to multi-phonon processes. It is shown that the spectrum of the system contains the main and satellite levels in resonant regions and quasi-equidistant groups of satellite levels in non-resonant regions. The developed theory creates the mathematical basis for the adequate calculation of energy spectra of multi-band quasi-particles interacting with phonons in nanostructures, which are the extractors of quantum cascade detectors operating in near infrared range with torn phonon ladder.
