The existing technological procedures for obtaining nanoporous matrices and the peculiarities of their practical application in science and technology, especially for optoelectronics, are analyzed. A literary review of the technology of manufacturing and application of Al2O3 nanoporous matrices was carried out, their properties were analyzed, a patent search was performed. The selection of nanoporous matrices corresponding to the requirements for filling their structures with nanocrystallites from aqueous solutions was carried out. It has been found that for filling membranes with crystalline substances, membranes with clearly flat parallel sides and perfectly polished surfaces are best. The device for measuring nonlinear optical parameters of LiNbO3 crystals by “z-scan” method was modernized, tuned and tested.
