The purpose of the work is to develop a technique for the diagnosis of plant diseases that can be used in the early stages of infection and for large populations, as well as to identify genetic markers of disease resistance. To achieve this goal, one of the first tasks was to monitor agrocenoses and to select samples of diseased plants of different soybean and wheat varieties grown in different agro-environmental conditions of the country; identification of their pathogens and determination of the impact of pathogens on the productivity and structure of crop yield. Research methods - visual diagnostics of viral and fungal diseases of plants, microscopy, enzyme immunoassay, determination of yield and its structure, statistical methods of data processing. The field samples of wheat and soybean of different varieties from different regions of Ukraine (total of 15 soybean varieties and 28 varieties of wheat) with symptoms of viral and fungal infections were carried out. It was revealed that in 2019, soybean crops were dominated by viral infection, and in wheat fields - mushroom. Wheat mosaic virus was detected on wheat, soybean mosaic virus was detected on soybeans. In total, seven fungal pathogens were found on wheat crops, among them soybean - a causative agent of peronosporosis, and the most common in wheat were Puccinia graminis Rers., Puccinia recondite f. sp. tritici and Septoria tritici Rob et Desm. It has been established that VSMP infection significantly reduces the grain productivity of winter wheat compared to healthy plants. A significant detrimental effect of the Navy was found on the yield and structure of the soybean crop yield. This pathogen was found to cause the greatest damage to the soybean crop during the formation of grains and beans. Product Description popup.authors Daschenko Anna V. Dunich Alina A.
