In this work LLC cells, the parental high metastatic counterpart was used as an experimental tumor model. It was established that 2D-nanomaterials based on boron nitride and molybdenum sulfide in concentrations studied demonstrated a low cytotoxic activity against LLC cells, which did not potentiate in case of increase of long-term incubation. As applied to their use in the combination with the anticancer drug doxorubicin mentioned 2D-nanomaterials at least did not significantly decrease the efficacy of cytotoxic action of anticancer drugs against tumor cells.
