The optimal geometric parameters of silver nanoparticles (80 nm radius) in the polymer environment and the distance between the nanoparticle and the fluorophore molecule (15 nm) were determined to obtain maximum aflatoxin fluorescence enhancement. Selection of functional monomers for molecular imprinting of aflatoxin was performed. Acrylamide, 2-acrylamido-2-methyl-1-propansulfonic acid, allylamine, 2-(diethylamino)ethylmethacrylate and N,N'-methylenebisacrylamide will be used as monomers.
