Pisarzhevskii Institute Of Physical Chemistry of The National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine popup.description2  As a result of scientific work, a series of Eu3 + and Tb3 + complexes with a number of organic ligands, composition Tp2LnCl (Ln = Eu, Tb; Tp- = tris (pyrazolyl) borate anion), (Tp2Ln) 2tae (Ln = Eu, Tb; tae2- = tetra (acetyl) ethane-dianion) and Tb (TpPy) (Carb) 2 (TpPy- anion of tris (2-pyridyl) pyrazolylborate, Carb- anions of palmitic, stearic and oleic acids). The composition of the compounds obtained was confirmed by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy and, in some cases, single crystal X-ray structural analysis. These compounds have been shown to be soluble in hydrocarbon solvents and exhibit intense metal-centered emission. It has been found that organic ligands in these compounds act as antennas, ie, sensitize the luminescence of lanthanide ions. The obtained compounds were transferred for further research to the State Scientific Institution "Scientific and Technological Complex" Institute of Single Crystals "of NAS of Ukraine.
