The influence of psycho-traumatic events on the state of health and psycho-emotional sphere of children displaced from the east of Ukraine as a result of hostilities has been determined. The functional state of the major life-support systems (cardiovascular, nervous, respiratory, immune, gastrointestinal tract) is characterized, the structure of pathology and peculiarities of its course taking into account the individual typological traits of the personality of children are established. Methodological approaches to medical and psychological rehabilitation have been developed, which include the use of art therapy in the form of a serial drawing, and depending on the prevalence of certain individual-typological personality traits, the complex application of art therapy and applications to biologically active LED-light points by blue or red spectromod . Good portability and high efficiency have been proven. The principles of step-by-step rehabilitation, aimed at clinical improvement, general improvement and social adaptation, with the use of medication, non-drug and psychological means, whose target action is elimination of managed risk factors, are substantiated; improving the functional status of the affected organs and systems; increase of non-specific resistance of an organism and its functional reserves; restoration of a positive emotional state.
