The results and analysis of the final version of the new control section flow part of the steam turbine K-325-23.5 high-pressure cylinder are presented. The flow part of the proposed control section consists of three stages, in contrast to the original design with two stages. The efficiency of the developed flow part of the HPC according to the results of the computational studies carried out, accounting steam extraction, was 91,0 % at the design mode without accounting losses on the valves and 85,8 % accounting losses on the valves. The increase in the efficiency of the new flow part compared to the initial one is from 6 % to 10 % in terms of the circumferential efficiency and from 1 MW to 2 MW in power, depending on the operation mode. The results of the science-and-technology project were carried out within the framework of the state donation agreement No. V-79-2018 “Development of a new type of nozzle system for steam turbines K-300 with the help of economical and high efficiency” from JSC "Turboatom".
