The purpose of the study: the development of theoretical approaches, models and methods for assessing the quality of cargo transportation projects and the formation of a project portfolio as a means of improving the efficiency of transport services, including through improving the functioning of the network of international transport corridors. 1) To determine the laws governing the provision of continuous, safe and convenient movement of traffic flows as the basis for creating an effective system for managing the processes occurring during the operation of the network of automobile international transport corridors. 2) To analyze the evaluation process of cargo transportation projects in international traffic along the routes of international transport corridors. 3) Develop a methodology for determining the effectiveness of the functioning of the network of international transport corridors. 4) To develop a model of N-criterion estimates (hereinafter the N-model of making the optimal decision) on the importance of criteria taking into account expert information. 5) To develop an algorithm for integrated assessment of the quality of the provision of transport services in cargo transportation projects, taking into account the qualitative, quantitative and relay information received from participants in the transportation process. 6) To develop a fuzzy-plural model of the relationship between the quality indicators of transportation projects using the rules of fuzzy logic. 7) To develop forecasting models for the required volumes of resource support for the implementation of road works on the basis of a certain demand from users of international transport corridors.
