Kukhar Institute of Bioorganic Chemistry and Petrochemistry of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine popup.description2 Investigations of the synthesis of novel isooxazole derivatives and pyrimidine-2,4,6-trions, and the possibility of using ring-closing metathesis (RCM) reactions to obtain novel sulfonyldiamide isoxazole derivatives and heterocycloalkenyl spiro pyrimidine derivatives has been considered. Convenient production methods have been developed and synthesized a number of new symmetric diallylsulfonyl diamides of a number of isooxazole and derivatives of dibenzoylsubstituted trioxopyrimidine derivatives. A series of new isoxazole derivatives and a number of spirocyclic 1,3-dibenzoyl-substituted 5,5-diallylpyrimidine-2,4,6-trions have been synthesized by ring-closing metathesis reactions. The spectral and some physical characteristics of N, N-diallyl- (3-arylisooxazol-5-yl) -methylsulfonylamides and spirocyclic 1,3-dibenzoyl-substituted 5,5-diallylpyrimidine-2,4,6-trions were studied. N, N-diallyl- (3-arylisooxazol-5-yl) -methylsulfonylamides have been found to exhibit anti-wear activity when added to pentaerythritol oil. 1,3-dibenzoylsubstituted 5,5-diallylpyrimidine-2,4,6-trions have analgesic and antimicrobial effects.
