Purpose: to gain new knowledge about the nature of gamma sources on the basis of their multi-wave research with a decisive contribution of the newly created CTA array of Cherenkov telescopes. Methods of research: monitoring photometric observations of active nuclei of galaxies (SNF) from the CTA-list in the optical range; search for correlation of brightness changes between optical and gamma band by analysis of light curves in observed AYF; Simulation of gamma radiation generated by cosmic rays at sources around the Galaxy Center at energies above 100 GeV; Monte Carlo calculation of the optimal layout of the CTA Cherenkov telescope array; software development. The photometric observations of the active cores of galaxies from the CTA-list in the optical range were performed with the help of AZT-8, AZT-14, Zeiss-600 and UBVRI telescopes of Johnson / Bessel filters. For objects 1ES 1426 + 428; 1ES1011 + 496; PKS 1510-089; BL Lacertae; PKS 1222-216; Mrk 501 built and analyzed light curves. The results of the search for the best layout of telescopes in the CTA project, obtained with the participation of the authors of the project - members of the CTA - Consortium - a group of CTA software, which also developed and implemented software for the observation and processing of data of three prototypes of CTA telescopes, in particular, prototype small telescopes CTA array. The characteristics of a gamma source in the center of the Galaxy (HESS J1745-290) are analyzed on the basis of CTA DC-1 (Data Challenge 1) simulation data, both in the context of a blind analysis and using the list of known sources from the GammaCat catalog for the galaxy center surround as a background .
