The purpose of the work is to develop a variant of the detector system for identification of charged hadrons in the front corners for future tau-charms of factories. Research methods - gathering and analysis of physical and technical information, selection of optimal circuits and approaches, development of physical and technical systems, measurement. Two partner groups, LAL and TSNUK, offer solutions for identifying charged hadrons in the front corners. It is an FTOF detector that measures flight time using a Cherenkov light emitted by a detector radiator. FTOF geometry optimization and photodetector selection were carried out in the framework of the proposed project, alternative approaches were considered, SiPM photodetectors instead of MCPPMT were explored. Within the framework of the R&D, one Ukrainian-based employee was seconded to the LAL (Linear Accelerator Laboratory, Orsay, France, September - October 2019) to coordinate joint actions, conduct joint research and speak at the conference.
