To achieve this goal, the following basic scientific problems have been solved: assessment of the current state of legal support of the monetary policy of the state and its interaction with the prudential policy (in the Basel 3 implementation conditions); the basic tendencies of development of the monetary policy of the state in the conditions of increasing processes of globalization, as well as ecological danger and social tensions on the basis of the experience of Ukraine, individual EU Member States (Germany) and Asia (PRC, Bangladesh, Lebanon) are revealed. Determinants of monetary policy development in the context of the country's sustainable development are determined. The peculiarities of interaction between the National Bank of Ukraine and state authorities in the process of monetary policy implementation were emphasized.
