The purpose of the study is to develop and substantiate an inclusive model of rural community development that is in line with European economic and cohesion policy priorities. The objectives are to: monitor the conditions and indicators of rural community development at the initial stage of the decentralization process. assessment of the role of rural communities in the formation of land and labor relations; identification of institutional constraints of rural economy development in conditions of transformational market transformations; analysis of ecological risks of production activity of economic entities in rural areas; assessing the level of well-being of the rural population and the possibilities of access to public goods of different sections of the rural population; identification of leadership potential of rural development; substantiation of perspective directions of sustainable rural development. The results of scientific researches of the co-executors of the topic are covered in scientific professional publications (1 article), in national and foreign editions, cited in scientific-metric bases (7 articles), 15 articles in collective monographs, in particular, 1 published in foreign editions, with 4 published in them language. In addition, the scientific and methodological developments of the authors were tested at conferences of national (2) and international (9) level. The results of the study were reported at scientific events conducted abroad (Germany, Norway). In total, during the period of research on this topic, co-authors published 2 singles and 18 articles in collective monographs, 30 articles in scientific professional and periodicals included in international scientific databases, as well as 5 articles in journals included in Scopus and Web bases of Science.
