The aim of the work was to establish the kinetic regularities of the synthesis of metal oxide-surfactant composites. Research methods – cyclic and stationary voltammetry, rotating disk electrode method, photocolorimetry. The kinetic regularities of the synthesis of metal oxide-surfactant composites, including porous substrate and surface with semiconductor or dielectric properties, have been established. A new data on the possibility of incorporation of surfactants in the composite during its growth, as well as factors affecting its content in the materials, were obtained. A theory of controlled colloidal-electrochemical synthesis of metal oxide-surfactant composites has been developed.
