It is noted that the prevailing national economic and legal systems approach to income redistribution is not capable of ensuring compliance with social justice and, accordingly, a good quality of life, and socio-economic inequalities are not justified and appropriate if viewed through the lens of fairness theory. It is argued that improving the legal conditions for conducting economic activity in Ukraine can significantly accelerate the flow of investment funds into the national economy, which will ultimately have a positive impact on the quality of life of Ukrainian citizens, creating prerequisites for a more effective implementation of their socio-economic rights. It is substantiated that in the conditions of economic instability and the need to improve the quality of life, the principle of social justice taxation should become the basis for balancing the interests of public and private (citizens). It is substantiated that public procurement for innovations can have an indirect positive impact on different spheres of human life and society, especially for such indicators of quality of life of the population in Ukraine as natural, economic and social environment, which include such sub-environments as ecology, transport , health, economy etc. Product Description popup.authors Volkova Anastasiia O.
