The objects of study are aqueous solutions of amino acids, biological substrates and plant samples. The subject of the study is the establishment of electrochemical behaviour, physico-chemical properties and study of the contents by X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy, spectrophotometry of the studied objects and the corresponding quantum chemical calculations. Research methods: method of cyclic and linear voltammetry; the density functional method of the B3LYP version with full geometry optimization using the Gussian16 quantum-chemical software package; the conductometric analysis method and the method of successive approximations of Fuos-Kraus. To carry out calculations using the Fuos-Kraus method, a special computer program was created that made it possible to simplify the calculations and the time of their implementation. X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy method; method of alternating current and reverse derivative chronopotentiometry. The results of the studies were: 1. The method of cyclic and linear voltammetry in combination with quantum-chemical calculations established the basic kinetic and thermodynamic characteristics of the tyrosine oxidation process. 2. The values of molar, specific, and ultimate electrical conductivity of the homologous series of dicarboxylic and amino acids were studied. It has been established that for aqueous solutions of amino acids, hydrogen ions, which provide prototropic conductivity, are carriers of electricity, the relative temperature coefficients and the activation energy of electrical conductivity were calculated. 3. A method is proposed for the quantitative determination of 4-thiocyano-N, N-dimethylaniline acetates by means of a calibration graph. Product Description popup.authors Boyko Vira I.
