Objective: Determine the level and dynamic of malignant diseases incidence in affected contingents during the post-accident period up to 2017 inclusive. Cancer incidence at whole exceeds the national level only in liquidators of 1986-1987. (SIR = 106,7%, 95% confidence interval (CI): 104,9-108,5). In recent years (2011-2016) corresponding figures (102,6%, 95% CI: 99,8-106,3) do not differ from the national levels. There is a substantial observed thyroid cancer incidence excess above the expected figures in clean-up workers (4,4 times), in evacuees (4,0 times), in residents of contaminated territories (1,3 times). The incidence of lymphoma and leukemia in ULNA and evacuees exceeds the national level 1.5 and 1.4 times, respectively. The incidence of breast cancer exceeds national indices only in female clean-up workers of 1986-1987 (1,6 times). Implementation: memorandum, 5 publications: 2 report abstracts and 3 articls in refereed journals, 2 presentations at scientific conferences (Marseev readings, congress of radiobiologists, 2 lectures(at the NRCRM scientific council, at the meeting of the State Agency of Ukraine with the management of the 30-km zone, lectures within the framework of the master's program "Ecological epidemiology".
