Using spectral methods, in particular, one- and two-dimensional NMR spectroscopy, Fourier IR spectroscopy and mass spectrometry, the structure was determined and the fine chemical structure of new nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compounds with potential biological activity was investigated: - arylspiro[indoline-3,7'-pyrrolo[1,2-c]imidazole]-6'-carbonitrile, -carboxamides, and -carboxylates; - hexahydrospiro[indolin-3,3'-pyrrolizine]-1'-yl)-2-acetate acids; - pyrazolo[3,4-b]pyridine-6-carboxamides; -7-pyrazolylamino-4,5,6,7-tetrahydropyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidinecarboxylates; - bispyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidines; - trifluoromethyl-4,5,6,7-tetrahydro[1,2,4]triazolo-, -[1,2,3]triazolo-, and -tetrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine-2,6-dicarboxylates. 2. The example of nitrogen-containing drag-like compounds shows that the pharmacological properties of substances are largely determined by their molecular conformation, fixed in crystals, the nature of the molecular packing in the crystalline phase, and the peculiarities of the formation of various crystalline forms (polymorphs, modifiers, co-crystals etc.). 3. For the purpose of further introduction at the State Plant for Chemical Reagents, a new technique for the analysis of thiamine esters by high-performance liquid chromatography was developed for use in the optimization of the processes of industrial production of a pharmaceutical substance, cocarboxylase hydrochloride.
