The dynamics of collective oscillations was investigated and the behavior of the spectra of coupled magnetoelastic waves in the vicinity of phase transitions in the lattice, namely in the vicinity of martensitic phase transformations in materials with the effect of shape memory, was analyzed. The theory of the description of relaxation processes in magnets with spatially inhomogeneous structures has been constructed. The model of dissipative function that describes the dissipation of spin waves in structures of both exchange nature and in structures arising due to inhomogeneous relativistic interaction has been derived. The theory of phase transitions due to the spatial reconfiguration of defects in the crystal is developed. The thermodynamic properties of magnetically ordered materials with shape memory effects in the vicinity of such phase transitions are investigated. The behavior of the heat capacity of spatially inhomogeneous materials caused by the magnetic ordering of austenite and martensite and its peculiarities in the vicinity of magnetostructural transformations is described. The elastic behavior of shape memory alloys has been described within the theory of ferroelastic phase transitions. The exact solution of the wave equation for a three-layer structure which describes the propagation of a wave packet of arbitrary nature has been obtained in the framework of the kinetic theory for nanostructures.
