For the first time, a spectrum of isolated genetic markers of DNA repair and their combinations, which are predictors of the risk of development of pathological processes, has been defined: minor homozygotes C/C•XPD (rs13181) OR=2.20; RR=2.23; 95%CI 1.02-4.77; P=0.020, χ2=4.85; A/A•XRCC1 (rs25487) OR=3.37; RR=3.34; 95%CI 1.22-9.63, P=0.008, χ2=6.94; and T/T•ATM (rs664677) OR=2.48; RR=2.46; 95%CI 1.16-5.31; P=0.010; χ2=6.61; as well as the heterozygote A/G (OR=2.32; RR=2.31; 95%CI 1.29-4.21; P=0.002; χ2=9.01) and the minor allele G•MLH1 (rs1799977), (OR=1.61; RR=1,61; 95%CI 1.04-2.49; P=0.020; χ2=5.06). Markers with a protective function include: a heterozygote for G/A•XRCC1 (rs25487) OR=0.57; RR=0.57; 95%CI 0.32-1.02; P=0.040, χ2=4.14; a dominant allele A (OR=0.62; RR=0.62; 95%CI 0.40-0.96, P=0.020, χ2=5.06) and a dominant homozygote A/A•MLH1 (rs1799977), (OR=0.43; RR=0.44; 95%CI 0.24-0.79, P=0.003, χ2=8.73). The presence of synergistic high power interactions between polymorphisms is established: XPD (rs13181)→ATM (rs664677) 2.15%; ERCC1 (rs11615)→ATM (rs664677) 1.82%; and antagonistic interactions of significant power between polymorphisms: XPD (rs13181)→XRCC1 (rs25487) -1.70%; XRCC1 (rs25487)→ATM (rs664677) -2.22% and ATM (rs664677)→MLH1 (rs1799977) -1.75%, which affect the risk of formation of bronchopulmonary pathology taken into account in the development of pathways of the personalized approach to risk minimization.
