As a result of the research, mathematical tools were created on the basis of complex use of information analysis of complex economic systems and information synthesis of modeling methods of multilevel hierarchical systems, by defining criteria of quality and effectiveness of the mechanism of management of innovation processes and establishment of the most important factors influencing the economic growth of enterprises. Organizational and economic measures have been developed to change the structure and increase the efficiency of production, which increases the efficiency of innovative activity and ensures the economic development of enterprises in the conditions of dynamic changes of the environment.
