The aim of the study 2019 period: is to determine typical irradiation conditions for cone-beam computed tomography and to develop a mathematical model of the "source - radiation scattering structures - mathematical phantoms - detector" system. Research methods: Monte Carlo computer modeling, mathematical, analytical. Results: the analytical review of scientific publications on dosimetry of patients and medical staff during cone-beam CT tomography procedures identified typical radiation scenarios. The mathematical model of irradiation was created and the calculations for the hybrid-voxel mathematical phantom of an adult man were made. Methodical approaches to the experimental study of dose distribution using physical human phantoms have been worked out.
