The aim of this work is to evaluate osteon status, hemopoiesis indices and their endocrine regulation at the stages of chemotherapy in children with acute leukemias on the basis of studying the processes of proliferation and differentiation of bone marrow elements. Research methods - clinical, cytological, biochemical, biophysical, immunological, statistical. The list of equipment - light microscope, hemoanalyzer, biochemical and amino acid analyzers. The processes of proliferation and differentiation in bone marrow in patients with acute leukemia, osteon state by amino acid composition of urine, bone tissue repair and hormone levels have been studied. Children with connective tissue dysplasia, who are at risk for hematologic pathology, are characterized by (osalgia, rapid fatigue, bone fractures, lymphocytosis, iron deficiency, abnormalities of the dentition system. Hypermobility of the joints in children was correlated with the presence in the lineage of cancer. Children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia (HLL), who had erythroid elements at day 33 of treatment, had an unfavorable course. There was an inverse relationship between the number of myelocaryocytes and the prognosis of the disease. The proportion of children with complications and episodes of granulocytopenia was greater at phase I of protocol I and less at the end of chemotherapy. An inverse relationship was established between the number of granulocytopenia and the prognosis of the course of HLL. Patients with pro-B-HLL had a worse prognosis compared with the "general" type of HLL. Feedbacks have been established between the prognosis of the course of HLL and the sum of days of breaks between protocol M and phase 1 of protocol II, as well as the duration of phase 2 of protocol II.
