The work objective - analysis, verification and formalization of individual and administrative-territorial information about the SRU persons, residing in Luginy, Vyshgorod, Polissya and Semenovka raions. Research methods - analysis, synthesis, generalization, mathematical modeling, computer programming, statistical data processing. The information about the settlements of SRU subjects from four districts (Luginy raion of Zhytomyr oblast, Vyshgorod and Polissia raions of Kyiv oblast and Semenovka raion of Chernihiv oblast) was collected. There have been clarified names of settlements and their codification according to the Ukrainian Classifier (COATSU), as well as all changes related to their resettlement, accession to others, renaming or exclusion from the Ukrainian settlements list. It was updated the database of settlements of the SRU subjects. The number of records in the database is 1304, of which 303 relate to the four raions considered in this work. It was carried out linking of the newly created database with the database of the Central Ecological and Dosimetric Register of the NRCRM. The analysis of the completeness degree and quality of data about persons residing in the abovementioned raions received from the SRU by the laboratory of radiological protection NRCRM in 2019 was done. There were analyzed the registration data of the SRU persons, the results of the dispensations by the SRU subjects in 1986-2018 and the data of the settlements codification. The number of cohorts of the SRU subjects residing in each settlement of these raions was determined. A database of the SRU subjects has been prepared.
