Objective: analysis, restoration and classification by quality and certainty criteria of WBC measurements results in 1986 entered to electronic database from paper carriers. Research Methods: analysis, synthesis, generalization, statistical data processing, mathematical modeling, computer programming. The world experience in relation to modern dosimetric models necessary for the transition from the results of measurements of radiocesium activity in the human body to exposure doses was analyzed. The main factors that influenced to internal exposure dose of persons who were measured at WBC in 1986 were determined. An audit and systematization of paper records of 1986 WBC measurements accumulated at the NNCRM was done. 10 736 records were entered to electronic database. The volume of WBC measurements in 1986 increased by 36% to 40 512 records. The territory-administrative classificatory has been updated to 200 settlements. Information on the body weight of the examined persons was restored. The separation of the total content of radiocesium 137Cs and 134Cs has been done. The unified criteria for classification of WBC measurement data depending on the quality of measurement and the reliability of the obtained results are developed. MDA estimation was performed for 10 710 records. Classification of the WBC measurements database records in 1986 by groups of reliability ("reliable", "conditionally-reliable", "unreliable") depending on the magnitude of 137Cs concentration in the body, the value of minimally detected activity and the presence/absence of sufficient information about the conditions measurement have been developed. Unified criteria, which take into account the quality of the data and their reliability, were developed. According to the developed criteria, 6,874 records belong to the "quality-reliable" group. 2 734 records (26%) are in the "low quality" group. 594 records (6%) a Product Description popup.authors Ivanova Olha M.
