Analysis of the results of immunohistochemical studies showed that in the groups with application of MG with AuNPs the areas positively stained for vimentin, pan-keratin, cadherin and desmin, and the ratio of collagen type I / III exceeded the corresponding values in the control. The application of MG to the wound with AuNPs did not affect the expression level of the epithelial markers p63, CKAP4 and SMARCE1. Comparative analysis of the dynamics of wound healing in the study groups showed that burn wounds recovered faster in the case of MG with AuNPs at a concentration of 6 μg / ml.
