The use of BMP12 leads to a decrease in the proliferation rate of cryopreserved mesenchymal stem cells with an increase of the relative number of cells that synthesize collagen I and III types compared to cryopreserved mesenchymal stem cells that were cultured under standard conditions. The administration of cryopreserved mesenchymal stem cells promotes the activation of regenerative processes in damaged tendons. The use of cryopreserved mesenchymal stem cells with BMP-12 accelerates the restoration of hystological structure, strength and content of collagen I and III types in the Achilles tendons of animals with degenerative damage compared to the native analogue.The potentiation of cryopreserved mesenchymal stem cells from all investigated sources of bFGF contributed to the proliferation potential and accelerated the restoration of histopathology of degenerative-dystrophically damaged intervertebral discs compared to the native analogue.
